Plant-based cookery with Sara by Nature's Kitchen


Sara by Nature's Kitchen will be revealing some yummy secrets to wholesome and gluten-free plant-based cookery. Sara has devoted years to creating recipes that are both delicious and nutritious.  Her loyal followers at Norfolk street food events, and weekly food orders, speak volumes for the quality of food she produces. Broaden your range of tasty dishes, learn how to adapt your cooking to put more plants on your plate, and be inspired to create impressive, gluten and meat-free dishes. Sara will be providing tasters prepared in her gluten-free kitchen facilities for you to enjoy on the day, which is included in the price of only £7.50.   The course will run from 4.30 to 5.30pm on Saturday 21st August at the "Abbey Days" summer fair at Wymondham Abbey.  Simply show your ticket purchase email upon entry at the Abbey Hall, 14 Church Street, Wymondham. Why not come along and enjoy the rest of the  Abbey Days fair, from 11am to 8pm.  There will be lots of vegetarian and vegan street food, live music all day, more than 50 stalls, and lots of activities for all the family.
