Immerse yourself in an evening of restoration, relaxation and rejuvenation in our tranquil studio, nestled on the edge of Wymondham Abbey, with stunning views of the historic landmark.   Join Lou, Liz, and Kirsty for this night of focusing on you, your body and its needs, with yoga, a sound bath, grazing platters, and relaxing music.   There will also be an opportunity to purchase additional taster sessions in reiki, massage, crystal healing, card readings and have your nails done.

Louise Bugg

Hi I'm Lou.  I was lucky enough to experience my first Gong Sound Bath during my Yoga Teacher Training in Oct 23. By March 24, I was curious enough to train to become a Gong Sound Practitioner. Since April 24 to date I have been holding one to one and couples Gong Sessions from home. The gong is considered as one of the most restorative and healing meditations because of the profound state of relaxation that can be attained in response to its sound vibrations.

Hi Everyone, my name is Liz and I am a Yoga and and Reiki Practitioner, I combine reiki, movement and the breath into a Vinyasa flow routine which gets stagnant energy moving and inviting in new life force energy, I teach at various locations and events across Norfolk. I also offer 1-1 yoga, Group Yoga, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, Card Readings, Distance Reiki at events, weddings and Parties.

Hi I'm Kirsty.  As a Reiki teacher and therapist, my purpose is to support you on your path to self-healing and a deeper sense of peace. I believe that true healing comes from within - you have the innate power to transform your own life. My role is not to heal you directly, but to create a nurturing space filled with positive, healing energy that you can choose to align with. Through Reiki, I share a frequency that embodies wellness, balance, and inner peace, offering you the chance to resonate with this energy. By choosing to match this frequency, you unlock the door to your own healing and spiritual growth, should you choose to. Reiki is a journey into the true self, a journey that is open and available to all of us.

Out of the Earth Crystals

Hi I'm Charlotte from Out of the Earth Crystals.  I have  a variety of crystals and crystal jewellery available to purchase. I got my passion for crystals through my father who is now retired but used to own a well-known new age wholesale business. I am fortunate to have spend my childhood attending crystal shows in the USA helping him hand pick the best quality crystals.  To this day, I still have suppliers overseas who have known me since a child.  I'm  also passionate about animal welfare and animal healing.  My background in animal behaviour  has helped me run a dog & cat rescue for over 10 years and the sale of crystals helps with the costs of their care and rescue work overseas.

Join us from 6pm to 9.30pm at That Little Norfolk Studio, The Abbey Schoolrooms, Church Street, Wymondham. NR18 0PH On street parking is available outside the building on Church Street, and also on Vicar Street, and Becketswell Road that lead to the Wymondham Abbey.
